Cornell’s Center for Hospitality Research (CHR) is recognized as the leading source for exemplary research on and for the hospitality industry. The mission of CHR is to foster and conduct research to be distributed for further advancements of the global hospitality industry. CHR coordinates round-table discussions and meetings of Hotel School faculty, corporate partners and other industry leaders to explore hospitality specific topics of importance. The information and new perspectives developed from these sessions is presented to the hospitality community with the ultimate goal of propelling the industry forward.
The result of the combined efforts of Fellows working with business leaders to create new ideas and models facilitates the continued improvements in strategic, management, and operating practices for the industry. The application of these findings is presented in research reports and industry tools that are available online to thousands of business leaders and academics worldwide.
