Job.travel, LLC (“job.travel™” we” or “us”) permits you to use http://www.job.travel and related sites owned or operated by us (collectively, the “Site”), subject to the following terms and conditions of use (“Terms”). We reserve the right to update these Terms without notice to you. By using this Site after changes have been made to these Terms and posted on this Site, you agree to the changes. 2. Eligibility
This Site may only be used by Job Seekers who are at least 16 years of age and Employers who are at least 18 years of age. Users who are 16 or 17 must have parental consent to use this Site. To comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. By use of this Site you represent and warrant to us that you have the capacity, right and authority to agree to these Terms.
3. Ownership
Job.travel™, or our various affiliates and partners, owns this Site and the compilation and arrangement of content on this Site. This Site, together with the compilation and arrangement of content on this Site is the copyrighted property of job.travel™ or our various affiliates and partners. The websites and URLs in websites owned and/or operated by us and our affiliates and related entities along with trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on this Site (the “Marks”) are registered and common law trademarks of job.travel™ and our various affiliates or third party partners. Unless you receive written permission of job.travel™ or such other party that may own the Marks, you are not granted, by estoppel, implication or otherwise, any right to use the Marks.
4. Use of Site
You may use this Site only as an on-line modality to search and post employment opportunities.
Interfering or attempting to interfere with the proper working of this Site, whether directly or indirectly, is a violation of these Terms. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site. You agree that you will not transmit or post any of the following on this Site: (a) any material which could be considered obscene, inflammatory, pornographic, indecent, unlawful, threatening or libelous; (b) any material where the transmittal or posting of such is a violation of law or could be considered to encourage unlawful conduct; (c) any material that violates another’s right to privacy or any other right; (d) any material that is protected as proprietary right of another, unless you have written authorization of the owner to post or transmit such information to the Site; (e) any material that contains a virus or bug; (f) any material that is used in an unlawfully manner. This Site may only be used for lawful purposes and may only be used by individuals seeking job information and employment (“Job Seekers”) and employers seeking to hire employees (“Employers”). You agree that you will not: (a) use any job.travel™ database for any purpose other than as an Employer or Job Seeker; (b) post or submit any information that is incomplete, false, inaccurate or does not describe you or your business; (c) post any pyramid scheme or other business opportunity which requires an up front payment or requires recruitment of other members; (d) make unsolicited phone calls, send unsolicited mail, email, facsimile or text messages to any user of this Site; (e) remove or revise any information posted on this Site by another user; (f) reverse engineer, disassemble, decipher or decompile any of the software that makes up this Site; or (g) copy any content from this Site without express written consent from us.
6. Site Monitoring
We have no obligation to monitor or review any materials posted or communicated to or within this Site. However, if we believe that materials on the Site do not comply with these Terms or applicable law, we may, in our sole discretion, investigate the allegation and determine what action, if any, to take. We have the right, but not the obligation, to remove or require removal of any such materials and any such action will be in our sole discretion.
7. User Submissions
Job.travel™ acts as a passive medium for Job Seekers and Employers to search and post employment opportunities. We have no obligation to screen communications between users or content users post this Site.
You are solely responsible for any information in any form that you post on this Site as well as your account with us. You agree that you will not submit any information that false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, incomplete or in any way violates these Terms. You agree that any profile you submit will describe you and not anyone or anything else.
Reliance on any material posted by other users to this Site is at your own risk. We do not monitor information posted by users, nor do we guarantee or represent that such information is true, accurate, or reliable. We do not endorse opinions expressed by users, nor do we make any representation or warranty with regard to any information posted by users.
You grant us and our affiliates an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, fully paid non-exclusive right (including moral rights) and worldwide license to, in whole or in part, use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, communicate to the public, perform, display, distribute, prepare derivative works, incorporate into other works and grant and authorize sublicenses of information you post in public areas of this Site. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant any such rights and license.
8. Registration Information
Upon registration, you will be asked to create a password. You may not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all uses of your password whether or not such use is authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us if you have reason to believe that your password or account has been compromised.

Even after cancellation, third parties may retain cached copies of your information.

Thus, we make no representations about any jobs, Job Seeker information, Employer information or information users may post to this Site.
Job.travel™ serves as a passive medium for Job Seekers and Employers to exchange information and is not an employment agency or recruiting firm. We do not guaranty that this Site will meet any of your employment objectives.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITIATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMANGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS UNDER THE HEADINGS “DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY” MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
